Ticket Decode turns order-ticket screenshots or pasted text into plain-English clarity cards. This page explains what we collect and why. It is not legal advice.
What we collect
- Ticket uploads — screenshots you upload on our site, plus any ticket text or questions you type, so we can write your clarity card. Please crop out account numbers, names, and balances first.
- Optional email — only used if a person needs to follow up on your ticket (and, once available, for a “your card is ready” heads-up).
- Your checkout session ID — from Stripe, so we can count how many cards are left on your purchase. Your browser also remembers it on your device so you can come back to use remaining cards.
- Abuse prevention — your IP address is used briefly to rate-limit uploads; we store only a one-way hash with your submission.
- Checkout — Stripe shares the checkout session reference with us so we can match uploads to purchases.
- Payment details — processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Basic site logs — standard request metadata (time, page, rough location) if analytics are enabled later.
How we use it
- To produce and deliver your clarity cards.
- To fulfill purchases, refunds, and support replies.
- To improve parsing quality (we may review failed or unclear tickets).
- Automated processing: your screenshot or ticket text is sent to AI models run by Cloudflare Workers AI to read the order details and help write your card. Cloudflare processes it on our behalf; we don’t use your uploads to train AI models. When the AI isn’t confident, a person on our team looks at the ticket.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your ticket images or trading activity.
- We do not use your tickets to give buy/sell recommendations.
- We are not a broker and do not open or place orders for you.
Retention
Uploaded images are stored privately (not publicly accessible) and are deleted 30 days after your card is delivered. Card text stays available at your private card link so you can revisit it; ask us and we’ll delete it sooner. Payment records stay as long as tax and Stripe rules require.
Sharing
Stripe processes payments. Uploads and cards are stored with our hosting provider (Cloudflare), and screenshots are read by Cloudflare Workers AI. If we add other vendors, they only get what they need to run the service. We may disclose information if required by law.
Your choices
Contact us to request deletion of stored ticket uploads or to correct your contact email. Checkout and card data managed in Stripe follow Stripe’s consumer tools where available.
